The end only comes when Ash shoots a policeman at close range, then Ash is shot off-screen. While he lies on the floor bleeding, Fez continues to scream for the officers to stop. Ash fires the first bullets through the door, and one of them hits Fez in the gut.
The police burst in, and Fez begs them not to shoot, pleading that Ashtray is just a kid. Fez still can't get Ashtray to open the door. The events at Fezco's house play out in between other Euphoria scenes. But Ashtray doesn't listen and winds up locking himself in the bathroom with firearms and ammunition. Fez tells Ashtray he's taking the fall for the murder when the police come. But just as odds seem to be turning against Custer, Ashtray fatally stabs him in the neck. Then - in an amazing, crowd-pleasing move - she puts a finger to her mouth, indicating Fez should stay quiet.įaye begins to say that drug dealer Laurie murdered Mouse. When Custer begins to talk about Mouse, Faye drops a glass, which shatters on the floor. We know Custer is helping the police take down Fez and Ashtray for Mouse's murder, and Faye also knows. The episode starts with Fez announcing he's going to leave for the play, as we saw in episode 7. However, seeing Maddy’s present storylines culminating in the character’s death would be extremely surprising. Her relationship with Nate has been a defining element of her character arc. Maddy’s fierce personality makes her the center of attention and conflict on the show. After gaining the disc, Nate insists he never intended to hurt Maddy, but his violent actions make Maddy stare at death’s face. Nate’s objective is to obtain the disc containing his father and Jules’ sex tape, which is in Maddy’s possession. The incident scars Maddy as she helplessly lays on the bed while Nate enacts his psychopathic plan. The duo talks about their failed relationship, and Nate plays Russian Roulette with Maddy. Nate breaks into Maddy’s house with a gun and threatens to kill her. However, Maddy is unprepared for what follows. Eventually, the truth comes out, and Maddy ends her friendship with Cassie. Meanwhile, Nate hooks up with Maddy’s best friend, Cassie, but remains fearful of her reaction to seeing them together. Nonetheless, their past experiences and Nate’s erratic behavior make Maddy apprehensive of getting back together with her ex-boyfriend. However, Maddy soon realizes that she might still have some feelings for Nate. In the second season of ‘Euphoria,’ Maddy tries to embrace her singlehood after ending her relationship with Nate.
